Terms & Conditions

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by NP Consulting Services ("we," "us," or "our"). By engaging our services, you ("Client" or "you") agree to these terms.

Our services include payroll administration, bookkeeping and accounting, tax preparation and returns, assurance services, statutory compliance, and secretarial services. All services are provided in accordance with South African laws and regulations.

As our client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for our services
• Maintain proper records and documentation as required by law
• Pay fees according to the agreed payment terms
• Notify us promptly of any changes affecting our services
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

We commit to:

• Provide services with professional competence and due care
• Maintain confidentiality of your information
• Comply with applicable professional standards and regulations
• Deliver services within agreed timeframes
• Provide regular updates and communication

Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, business, or opportunity
• Errors resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by you
• Acts or omissions of third parties

Payment terms are specified in your service agreement. Generally:

• Monthly services are billed in advance
• Project-based work may require deposits
• Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date
• Late payments may incur interest charges
• Services may be suspended for non-payment

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:

• All outstanding fees become immediately due
• We will provide reasonable assistance with transition
• Client records will be returned or destroyed as requested
• Confidentiality obligations continue indefinitely
